WhosWhere offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at your next renewal date.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by WhosWhere and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a licence to use, store, and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhosWhere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies, except where we are required by law to retain it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
